My last visit at Sheer Bliss was not as expected compared to my previous visits. I still have a burn on my eyebrow after 3 days of the treatment. I believe that the lady didn't really like that I had a different opinion about the shape of my eyebrows than hers. Also, when I was about to leave although I was saying bye and thanking the staff on the till, noone got back to me.. It was pretty awkard.

Really great service - I turned up 20 minutes earlier than expected and I was nevertheless seen straight away. The attention to detail was incredible and the woman who did my waxing ensured that she pulled out any shorter hairs with tweezers one by one!
