The package was not what was described. I didn’t get a hand massage separately it was part of the back massage which is always the case so I missed out on that. The facial didn’t go for 55 minutes. The therapist said it’s 45 mins with 15 mins prep. The prep should be done before I arrive. I was taken in at 2.15pm and was done by 3.15pm so I’m 30 mins short on the package I purchased. The treatments themselves were ok. Not the greatest yet not the worst I’ve had. But due to the lack of value overall I won’t be going back.
