I booked in advance so was very disappointed when I was made to wait 45 mins for a 5 minute appointment - they weren’t apologetic about the wait time either. When I was finally seen, the appointment felt rushed and I had to point out twice hairs that had been very obviously missed. Wouldn’t go back again for eyebrow threading.
