My waxing experience was great and I am very happy with it. I would definitely come back, fast, clean and worth the value.
However, the LPG massage wasn't done properly. As someone who has done many treatments in the past I know that the movement of the machine should be done upwards. Yet my therapist did it the other way round. She didn't hold the machine properly and as a result the suction wasn't there the whole treatment. I requested her to bring the power up multiple times, yet it seemed to remain the same and she was cluelessly clicking at the machine screen.
Feels like a waste of money and I had problems with the same therapist in the past when she didn't do my wax very well. The staff needs to be trained better for pricey treatments such as LPG.
