Staff: Upon entering the staff were not very friendly, this doesn’t have a welcoming atmosphere at the reception. The therapist was lovely and really put my mind at ease. The waxing experience: The waxing wasn’t as painful as I thought it would be , the therapist took her time and made sure I was as comfortable as possible . There was quite a few hairs left, at the front so I am upset. Cleanness: This place is really clean. I saw the therapist wipe equipment after usage . Though she did double dip the spatula into the wax, which I know is a huge no. Overall it’s a okay place, easy to get to but I wouldn’t go back as I believe their are better places for the price.
