Popped in for an underarm wax. The women at the reception desk were really lovely, warm, and welcoming. The treatment itself was quick and painless, and the aesthetician seemed nice and capable. However, when I got home, I realised she had missed whole sections of my underarms, and I had to wax them again myself. Lovely staff in a big, clean salon, but I wasn't satisfied with my treatment.

I would advise against going here for a facial wax of any kind unfortunately. I’ve been twice after my first visit being less than friendly, but I wanted to give the place a second chance. Much like the first, this visit and the results were pretty poor. The therapist was quite abrupt/ rude and didn’t remove any of my makeup before waxing. She also touched my freshly waxed skin with her bare hands vs wearing gloves. My skin around my chin as a result is covered in loads of spots, horrible.
