I was happy with my threading and nails until I went to the counter and was charged an extra 12£. I booked in online and showed the nail technician what it said (it was booked under Gel Manicure) but was later told I had booked in for file and polish. Having been my first time at the salon I wasn’t to know any better and would have assumed the nail technicians communicated with reception with what had been booked. Not happy at all and don’t think I will be returning.
