The quality of the treatments are good, however my appointment was at 2.30pm and I did not leave until 6.30pm. Throughout, it was made obvious how late they were running, which does not create a relaxed environment. I was really patient but when I asked about the add-ons and how they didn't agree to the prices on treatwell it became hostile. Please note before writing this review I reached out to the venue for an explanation and they did not respond.
