My appointment started late because the therapist was with another client. This is the second time this has happened to me. I tried here as it was a emergency appointment and my usual place is far away. The standard just isn’t what I’m used to. The nails are bumpy at the end, the tips are lifting and the colour is patchy. The therapist asked how long to make my nails and then fed them all down really short. The staff are really lovely, but the level is ntwhat I expect to pay for

My therapist was incredible. I do not envy the task she had, but she was professional, attentive and really kind. She made a embarrassing appointment much less so. The only reason I am marking down is because I booked my appointment for 6:15, the salon changed it the next day to 6:30 and then the actual appointment started at 6:45. Which adds a lot on to the evening. It also meant I didn’t have time to get my nails painted, but I still paid the full price. So not great.
