Anna and her colleague upstairs were absolutely lovely and very detailed with their work. I got a shellac mani and pedi. The only reason I am not voting a 5* is because of the receptionist. She has an attitude both toward her fellow staff as well as the clients that should not be tolerated, especially in this type of service-related industry. She was incredibly rude.
