Previously I have had a great therapist but this women was rushed and the eyelash dye is barely seen. She was rough taking it off. Not enjoyable

Popped in for an underarm wax. The women at the reception desk were really lovely, warm, and welcoming. The treatment itself was quick and painless, and the aesthetician seemed nice and capable. However, when I got home, I realised she had missed whole sections of my underarms, and I had to wax them again myself. Lovely staff in a big, clean salon, but I wasn't satisfied with my treatment.
