I put 4 but it is more like a 3.5. While the treatment is really complete, unfortunately during the massage my therapist was on the phone scrolling/calling and so what I was looking forward to enjoy was stressful. Plus the polish is not clean around the nails. I recommend because it is end of year but hope it was just that one time
