I booked a specific day to have a specific beautician and got a different one who was absolutely not welcoming. She was not polite, she rushed and as a result dif not do a perfect job and gave me a bill to give at the reception at the end (although I already paid for it online) which was £6 cheaper than the price I paid online, but I was not refund. Desapointing experience.
