Very thorough treatment and every effort was made to make is as painless as possible, which is appreciated. Kind of weird when I arrived the person who I was booked in with was sorting out products on the floor and when she was told I was there she ignored me and carried on sorting stuff right in front of me which meant my treatment was 5 mins later starting and I did need to get back for work. She was perfectly friendly during the treatment. So not a massive negative.
