The nail technician was rude to me and rude to her fellow colleagues. I had an amazing massage so would like to leave an excellent review for that. But the nail technician said it would cost me £25 to have acrylic nail removal for 8 nails (2 were natural), at the desk I was given a different quote of £15. Consistent & fair pricing is needed. 4 days after my nails started chipping and I paid £45 for acryllic removal & shellac nails, definitely a waste of money and I will not be returning.
