Wouldn’t come back. Salon was lovely and clean and receptionists were super polite. All Rose said was ‘hello’ nothing else, when you’re having a wax like that a little bit of customer service wouldn’t go amiss. Her waxing technique wasn’t bad and she made it less painful than other places I’ve been. However, when waiting for the hot wax to cool she went on her phone, no changing gloves or anything! Also left so many hairs so I had to shave when I got home. Not great at all!
