I booked with Maria who is absolutely fantastic but when I arrived I was told she was no longer available so I had to go with another therapist. My manicure was done very poorly and my shellac chipped the very next day. The same exact thing happened to my friend. Just to be clear, this is my favourite place because of Anna, Maria and Alex. If I am not guaranteed to see the therapists I booked for, then I am going somewhere else.

Thorough and actually a relaxing experience! My therapist was so professional and made me feel totally looked after. They used excellent products and keep the wax at the right temperature to be effective and not burn you. Have had my brows done here before and I think the general training and skill of the therapists is of an excellence rarely found so well worth the price.
