Generally the waxing is good and does the job. I've tried the salon several times hoping for a better experience everytime but I find the reception staff are exceptionally rude - as if you've really bothered them by showing up. Usually the beauticians are lovely but last time I went in the middle of a wax she began to tell me about "the problem with afro hair" - not what you want in the middle of an intimate wax (I am black so she was referring to me). That was my final visit.
