The therapist tried to sell me products during the facial and ended the treatment after 35mins of a 50min session, when I asked her why she had she stopped, she suggested that the treatment included my arrival, and said the treatments used to be 50min and now 45mins. I said I paid for 50min, so she offered to continue massaging me and then gave me the products left over from the session one of which a 30min mask she did not use. Not a great experience.
