AVOID THIS SALON!!! They take your money, the service is terrible, the staff are rude and frankly I’ve had an appalling experience with them. I had to cancel an appointment with them having been a loyal customer before due to the fact I am potentially being taken to hospital for urgent care. Due to salon policy they said they will charge me. I understand policy but surely in certain circumstances you’d expect some human compassion especially since I offered a doctors note. Money grabbing people
