I genuinely wish I could leave a longer a review. I have been coming to your salon for the last 3 years now and I am genuinely disappointed by Mula/Sheba (if it is the same person) lack of accountability & hospitality for the experience of this appointment. If it wasn’t for the lovely gentleman who does my hair, I would have given this whole review a 1 for each section. I do not blame the lady who walked in & left, as it is clear you care more about money than actually creating a lux atmosphere
