My lash lift was really good and the therapist was friendly. But my 45 min appointment took 1hr 45 mins! I was asked what colour tint I wanted. I was later charged £12 for this. If something is not inc ask if they would like a tint, not what colour tint would you like.The language was intended to mislead. I have never paid more than £5 for a tint, but didn't need one. I was told to book direct next time so they don't have to pay Treatwell 35%. The £12 I was tricked into made up the 35%!
