The therapist bruised me because she wasn’t pushing the end of the strip down properly/pulling it all away quick enough. The end of the strip was still stuck to the skin and she pulled it away too slow and left a big bruise. Also just don’t try and wax the back of the leg from the front, you aren’t going to be able to pull it off properly and it hurts. I’ve been coming to this salon for years and seen lots of therapists here, but it’s really put me off coming back.

Dont judge a book by its cover - outside may not look all that, but inside it is clean and inviting. Monia greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel very comfortable. Her shampooing/conditioning skills were heavenly and her cutting skills were 10/10. I left feeling like a new woman.
