Was really looking forward to getting my brows and lashes tinted. The welcome was warm, the social distancing was managed well and the treatments were just what I wanted. Perfect 👌
The senior therapist was so friendly and asked what my expectations were before carrying out the eyebrow threading. She listened to me and also made suggestions. It was impressive to see all staff were following the new procedures yet still ensuring the customer is comfortable and has an enjoyable experience. Already booked my next visit!
