The staff are friendly and experienced. They give you a proper consultation before your treatment. Best of all (as I find threading pretty ouchy) they're super speedy. My lash lift and tint lasted for a good 6 weeks and everyone was still commenting on my lashes after a month. I didn't have to wear any mascara for at least a month. The ultimate boost! I hate my eyebrows being made to look any thinner but they're really careful about keeping the thickness of my brows the same and they don't tint them too dark. So it's a subtle transformation. Shavata is my go-to place for brows now. I won't let anyone else touch them!
Disappointed
The beautician was nice and accommodating - I arrived 30min in advance and she took me right away.
She did take the time to talk to me before the treatment which was reassuring. At end of the treatment, I noticed my brows were way thinner than before (even though I mentioned that I did not want them thinner) but I thought it was ok. Now that I had a closer look at my brows, I realised that one of them is thinner than the other! On top of that, the treatment was really painful and I understand why: several patches of skin have been torn out. On top of having thin, asymmetrical brows, I now have to deal with scabs in the middle of my face for the coming week. Will not return.
The best customer service. I wanted to add a wax to my existing eyebrow appointment and this was accommodated. I needed to bring my baby to the appointment and all the staff were wonderful and helpful (helping me with my buggy, holding my baby during my appointment and whilst I got unchanged). The service and wax were fantastic. I don't want to have to go anywhere else!
