very lovely staff, quick eyebrow threading, great job ,but painful. Too expensive for a studio in a shopping centre.

Very happy with my eyebrow threading - the lady listened to what I wanted, tried her best to even out my uneven brows & gave me tips on where to apply pencil. Only didn’t rate higher as £16.80 (usually £18) is much more than I would normally pay for brow threading. You’re paying a premium as its within Harvey Nichols, which is not exactly ambient, but the location is very convenient if you’re in town.

A wonderful experience. I arrived five minutes early but they were able to accommodate me immediately. The technician asked pilots of questions to assess my needs and seemed very competent and experienced. She followed my requests to the letter but also gave good advice and expertise. After the (quick and efficient) treatment, I was offered the options of soothing gel, my brows pencilled in, and the redness covered up by a makeup artist. All in all it was an excellent experience and I will continue to come back here.

The brow shape is pretty good but she did not ask me until she was completely finished if it was what I wanted. I felt that she was quite rough and I now have several scabs under both eyebrows and on one temple. I have had wee cuts before from threading but never like this. It's really embarrassing and I am very grateful that I did not have it done before a special event. Will not be returning.
