The venue was nice, however the treatment was not satisfactory. The appointment took the full 30 minutes so I expected a thorough treatment but later I realised she had left a lot of hair. She also suggested I get my eyebrows threaded - I understand up selling but it made me feel quite self conscious in an already vulnerable position. Overall, I was disappointed with the service as I was expecting good service considering the price. The worst wax I've had.
I had booked a last-minute appointment as I was going to be passing through to go on holiday. I arrived early but found out ~20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to have started that the beautician was on a break and hadn't been told I was coming. Ended up having to leave without having a wax as I was going to miss my train due to the late start otherwise. Received a very apologetic phone call half an hour later offering 50% off next time, which unfortunately is no use to me!
' the previous week I had a gel manicure that was horrendous (at a different salon !!!) Beatrice removed,corrected and then applied the most beautifully gel m manicure
She was patient professional and totally saved the day
