At today's session Belle used various tools amd techniques to maddage amd treat my tight tensions and knots in my neck, shoulders and back. This included cupping, sound/vibration bowl, oils and tools as well as her warm hands. She also suggests exercises and advice which is equally important. I have already booked my next appt for October. 🤗
