i opted for 190 minutes for all over massage as 60 minutes is over too quick. Belle uses various tech questions, tools and sound bowl for the overall experience. I will book a 60 minute one within 2-3 weeks, then another 190 minute one afterwards.

If you have underline conditions and ongoing issues discuss with Belle and she will work on it and trust me it will always feel better and resolved your issue. Her method is different and help me relax a lot. I would strongly recommend
