Really great experience. Harry listened to my hair problems (lockdown DIY trims and budget cuts had left my hair not quite right) and he knew exactly how to fix it. Just the right amount of chat. Didn't feel rushed. Perfect hygiene measures (mask, hand sanitizer, temperature check) so felt very covid safe. Will be back next time.
