Unhappy with chemical hair straightening- treatment has left me in trauma after burnt and broken hair throughout my scalp having short hair patches on the top of my head! After growing my hair for years. I’ve had chemical straightening done for 9 years never had an issue with after care or treatment, Paid £255 to be left in trauma depression and Salon takes no responsibility of damage. During the treatment I did not notice but after the treatment I could feel the broken hair in my scalp. I was told it would be find after washed but after the hair has started to grow I can see the breakage clearly . Do not get chemical straightening done . Product Glatt was used. Anisabel- videos taken at time on their end do not show the damage as my hairs thick and black. I am left outpocked and left in trauma depression never experienced this.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were attentive and professional throughout my visit.
