The therapist was nice, the issue is not there but more about the quality of the service: the wax was not completely melted so was applied burning hot on my skin. Initially the therapist checked if I was ok but the hotter it became and the less she was asking.
She missed patch and an entire side of my left leg and after 1.30 mins there and exhausted I decided to give up and leave without fighting for a refund. I go waxing every month &it’s the first time I felt so conscious about my hairs

I had a great experience at the salon- would recommend anybody coming here. Everybody was friendly, the hairdresser was amazing - I loved her! Will definitely come again.
