To be honest i should be refunded
I've already booked to have them removed and redone somewhere else. Didn't have the right size nails for my finger tips, had staff searching for the tips that should of been sourced in preparation for the appointment, nail shape not the same on each hand,nail on little finger not straight. Messy cuticles. I arrived at 10:15 at 12:30 my nails was still not done. Lovely staff and she tried, but for £30 you need to offer a professional service and this wasn't.
