I did arrive early for my appointment (20 mins) but was then seen 10 minutes after my appointment, no explanation given, had paid for 15 minutes electrolysis but was in and out of the room in 10mins and discovered several long hairs left, which could of been removed if I had been given the full 15 minutes I had paid for, sadly won’t return here in the future.
