I had the Instant Inch loss body wrap. The therapist was very professional and tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible. If you are expecting a relaxing treatment you are in for a shock though - the body wrap is very hot and you're stuck for 40min unable to move. I knew what to expect though so that part was fine! My clothes certainly felt looser afterwards.
