Even though staff was nice and welcoming, the waxing technique they used was one the worst I've ever had - and I've been getting waxed for many years. She left hair patches on both my legs and intim area, and when finished didn’t clean the wax leftover - leaving both areas sticky and waxy. She also asked me to help holding an area with my hand and didn't offer anything to clean the wax off. I'm sorry to say this but it was the most barberic way of waxing, extremly painful - not careful or delicate at all. I'd never go back or recommend this place.
