Shantay is a really lovely beautician who immediately puts you at ease however, the gel nails that I had done here were really poor quality. The nail paint was poor quality, the UV lamp really old and had a low wattage (it didn’t dry the nails) and hence I’ve left with lumpy nails. Really disappointed as as I said, Shantay was really friendly and kind. She offered me a full refund as I wasn’t satisfied with the nail treatment.
On the other hand the threading services they offer are superb and I would 100% recommend the threading treatments.

Shanty was late and my massage lasted about 20 mins. In the room, annoying instrumental music was playing. The face cushion on the bed was uncovered and stained (so I covered it with tissue), and it smelt a little funky once face down. Hot oil was suddenly dripped on my back then massaged in by cold hands. I experienced what felt like fingernails being dabbed rapidly with pressure up and down my back. Shoulders were hardly worked on. Once finished, Shanty moved straight onto her next client. :(
