Following a bad first Botox experience with another beautician, I was extremely nervous about trying again but I really did not need to be. Hayley was so reassuring and positive. She immediately made me feel calm and at ease as well as relaxed. Her knowledge was exceptional and she knew exactly what to do to rectify and improve the situation.
