Shanna is an extremely knowledgeable, professional & caring beautician. Along with this she creates a relaxed atmosphere by her down to earth and friendly personality. For my microblading treatment Shanna made the entire process comfortable for me and explained every part of the process. The results are brilliant. I’m only on day three so still healing, but everything is as she described and I’m totally confident & happy with them. I’d highly recommend & I’d never go anywhere else. X
