I have had a number of treatments with Shanna and I have had an excellent experience every time.
My eyebrow tattoos are so natural that no one realises they are tattoos. The recent micro needling was pain-free and relaxing.
Shanna herself is the consummate professional who gives clear advice and manages expectations by being open and honest on what to expect and what she cannot deliver. She never pressurises you and there is no upselling.
