After this visit, my nails look as if a 15 year old did my manicure. I am definitely not going back!
Gel Nails Manicure
I've have contacted the salon over a month ago to let them know that I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the service provided but I have never received a reply. I was overcharged for the Brazilian wax as I was told what I wanted was a Hollywood (no other salon does Hollywood this way & I've been waxing for over 6 years). some areas were completely missed despite half an hour left in my appointment time. The prices advertised on treatwell were different to the prices in the salon and yet the price difference charged didn't match any pricelist. someone kept knocking the door and the lady was answering it without covering me on more than one occasion which is unacceptable. additionally it felt like she just wanted to be done with me/get rid of me asap. it wasn't a nice visit at all which also coated me dearly. I'm sorry I will not be visiting again and as such I'm unable to recommend this place.

The 'skin consultation' at the beginning of the facial consisted of the following dialogue. Beautician: "How is your skin?" me: "It's quite oily". Beautician, examining with lamp: "hmmm yes it's quite oily." That's it! She never even asked if I had any allergies or sensitivities... But the worst part of the visit was that, at the end, she first told me that I would have paid £5 less if I had booked directly and not through the app (Treatwell, surely you have some terms & conditions for salons to avoid this?), and then tried to overcharge me claiming that some of the things she did during the treatment were extras! Avoid.

Very thorough with attention to detail. Very happy with my manicure and gel finish. Will visit again, definitely recommended :)
