Was all great but they were overbooked and I ended up waiting almost an hour for my appointment to start, I had to cancel plans after that which was annoying. Better scheduling required. Otherwise great cut, great colour, great deal and nice place and staff. Thank you

What they did with my hair was perfect, couldn’t fault at all. My only issues really were that they didn’t seem to know what I’d booked in for, didn’t seem to listen when I told them what I wanted and just suggested their own thing because my hair “needs to be dried different” despite me saying what I’d had in the past, and I just felt like I was a hinderance in that the stylist was very blasé and uncaring. As I said perfect job done, just poor atmosphere I guess.
