ive had a wax treatment from shaspa 4 times now, and every time it has been an amazing experience. she is so good with pain relief and controlling your breathing to make it as relaxing as possible! such a lovely clean, friendly and comforting place❤️❤️

the treatment was in a very small room and hygienic standards were not followed in my opinion.they used a roll wax instead of spatulas, the beautician did not use gloves and did not sanitize hands. experience was overall painful.

Everything was amazing. She listened to exactly what I wanted and I came out so happy with the eyebrows and lash tint! so friendly too and was nice to have a chat. I will definitely be coming back whenever I come to visit my family in London!!
