If you are used to west london salons u will be very dissappointed. Although i usually pay double the amount, note to self will happily pay extra to leave with a smile and good experience. Appointment was for 1hr, but i was given a wash cut and blow dry within 30mins. The hair cut itself used no techniques of cutting or sectioning hair - as im used to for a layerd cut. Blow dry was tortorous, and additionally the brushing of my hair whilst wet with a flat brush tearing out a quiete a bit of my long hair - wide toothed comb should have been used to detangle. Simply because im a polite person i gritted my teeth and bearedit. But went home feeling very upset having put my near to waist length hair to a torturous Experience. The waxing treatment was equally bad, having to point out there was still few hairs which was then attempted yo be removed with a tweezer. Although the lady was pleasant, regretably they do not have the expertise of ea westend professional. Will not be using it again. My hair is my priced possession!
