The wax room is not very private - it is only separated by a curtain which made me feel a little exposed. Other than that she was very lovely and the wax was done very well.

Extremely disappointed this time. Even after booking and paying 3 days in advance, when I went today for my appointment the lady there told me that they have no bookings against my name and so she cannot accomodate me. I made a call to treatwell from there but that lady was not even ready to speak with them. After waiting for sometime she accomodated me but the facial was terrible. She was in hurry to leave and in parallel she also did someone's waxing. The face massage was like body massage so hard. It was waste of money, time and energy. Will never visit again. I hope treatwell consider this issue and refund my money back
