The ambiance of the shop was nice. Unfortunately my Hollywood wax was terrible I think the woman hasn’t been properly trained Because she used her bare hands with no gloves on and also the wax was too hot and I kept telling her and she didn’t do nothing about it. My Hollywood was so painful because she kept going over it and not putting enough wax in the areas.

No music, therapist kept turning lights on and off and leaving the room, not sure if they were washing hands in between leaving the room and then touching face. Booked for oxygen facial but was just a usual facial. Didn't ask any qs about skin concerns or allergies etc. Good price but experience wasn't great.

I didn’t end up getting facial waxing so please don’t take the rating into consideration.
Overall the location was very easy to find.
The price was great considering how expensive London is for waxing.
I will Definitely go back. She removed all of my hair and also barely felt a thing. I do get waxed a lot so that’s probably why.
