Room was very cold and only had a space heater. The room was tired and not set up ready for the massage. The therapist was very sweet but full of cold and her music on the mobile got interrupted by calls. She was the only one in so part way through had to go to out as someone had come in asking for a treatment. They need more staff or a receptionist as my treatment was interrupted. The bed also had no hole for the face to go in so lying front down was uncomfortable. For £40 was ok.
