I have been to this salon multiple times and the quality is always great. They really take the time to cut your hair, offer coffee and is just a very nice experience in general.

I had a terrible experience. The hair stylist was nice but the rest of the staff was terrible. They pressed sale 2 big bottles(shampoo and conditioner ) and one small bottle (anti-fizz) of a terrible brand. I trusted them and genuinely asked for their recommendation. But they gave me the wrong advice and it was quite wrong. I have lost almost £300 because of their pressure sale. The products they sold me are pathetic. My hair fall has increased rather than stopped. I have wasted a lot of money.
