Went once and will never go again as a local business man I went in seeing they had a great offer for a haircut with shave for £25 and then was forced to pay £48. During the haircut I was asked if I wanted to have my nose hairs plucked and eyebrows without being told it would cost more and also to have a hot towel massage. When I said to the owner why wasnt I told that it would cost extra he said to me that I should have KNOWN! never going back

Was pleased to be able to book an appointment close to my workplace at the last minute and at a reasonable price. Now I know why. Hairdresser did not listen at all to what I wanted and used none of the techniques I have experienced before and assumed were normal. He seemed in a rush, I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes including the time taken to wash my hair first. The appointment specified 35-45 minutes. I specifically told him I was trying to grow my hair long and just wanted a trim and he hacked off way more than I wanted and did not attempt to style my hair in any way. Just went round the bottom of my hair in one quick circle without really measuring or checking it was even etc and then blow dried it roughly with one ridiculous flick at the front and sent me on my way. I know expect to pay even more to have it fixed elsewhere and will have to get it even shorter just to fix the mess he made. Gutted. Avoid
