I loved it at Shadi, the staff were friendly and made me feel at home.
My hair stylist was professional and kind. He talked well about what would suit me and what hair style I should have. He made me feel comfortable by constantly talking to me, as I was quite nervous about the outcome, as it was my first time at Shadi.
My eyebrow beautician couldn’t do my eyebrows as she was running late because of a client, however a friendly man did for me and did them well.
I will be back!

Stefania was absolutely amazing. So happy with the cut, but she was also so accommodating with me rushing in at the last minute but also having to leave at a certain time. She was so friendly but has also given me a great style, working with what my hair naturally does so that it kept the shape even after a brief walk outside in the rain.

Stefania was really lovely and did just what I asked - was a little shorter than I would have liked but at least it'll grow back! The salon is nice - convenient and use nice products; I did have to wait a little bit and was in a rush so that wasn't massively appreciated.
